It doesn't get much cooler than a killer fuzz housed in a repurposed sewing machine pedal. Everybody that sees it will be begging to hear it!
Hand-wired in the USA in our little shop in rural Indiana. One volume knob and a four-way gain switch provide you all the dirty goodness most folks need. The switch selects one of four preset flavors of drive. It's great for studio use, giving you quick access to three great basic sounds that are very flexible with a low noise floor.
The four position rotary switch offers simple choices for the dirt connoisseur The first gain stage is a low gain fuzz best suited to adding some grit and boost to an already crunchy amp--this setting is popular with players that stack drive pedals. The second serves up a very versatile, medium-gain smooth overdrive-style fuzz. The third is a meaty fuzz/distortion hybrid--like a meaty ZZ Top-style fuzz driving a Marshall stack tone. The fourth stage is pretty over-the top and gritty square wave goodness for those moments that require an out-of-control vibe. No matter what stage you use, your tones will clean up nicely by decreasing the volume on your guitar.
ALL of the gain stages will react differently when run into a crunchy amp or a clean amp. The pedal works great with either, but will be a bit more rowdy sounding going into a crunchy amp and more well-behaved going into a clean one.
Uses 9v 200 mA power supply (not included). This pedal does not use batteries.
