Vintage American-made 12-watt tube combo with a simple two-input, Volume-and-Tone layout. Originally designed as a compact bass amplifier, these small Silverface combos have also developed a following among guitarists for recording and lower-volume playing, where their straightforward circuit and natural breakup can be put to good use.
This example has been fitted with a WGS British Invasion Invader 50 12" speaker rated at 50 watts and 16 ohms. Please note that the amplifier chassis specifies an 8-ohm speaker load, while the currently installed speaker is 16 ohms. The exact production year has not been determined. CONDITION
Good vintage condition. The cabinet and hardware show age-appropriate wear, including grille-cloth discoloration/staining, oxidation and general exterior wear. There is a visible hole/damaged area in the covering on one side of the cabinet.
The original speaker is not present. A WGS Invader 50 16Ω/50W speaker is currently installed; the amplifier itself specifies an 8Ω speaker load. Exact production year and complete internal originality have not been verified. Please review all photographs carefully for cosmetic condition and visible component details.
